TODD G. MYERS is the Lead Global Compute Architect to NGA and provides collaborative support to the Office of the Chief
Information Officer (OCIO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and the Office of the Director of Technology D/T, with
overall responsibility for IT Strategic planning across NGA and the Intelligence Community (IC) for NGA.
Mr. Myers work on global orchestration for architectural concepts of compute, storage and transport virtualization have
been used across the Department of Defense (DoD) and the IC in planning of data centers and mobile deployment capabilities.
His Global Compute Enterprise strategy outlines the transformational activities for organizations to deliver a fabric
of utility computing that scales on-demand and enables self-discovery and self-service access to timely and relevant information.
Mr. Myers is working across the IC in coordination with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) to
architect, implement, and transition to the design patterns of global compute elements for the next generation of data analytics.

ELY KAHN is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of sqrrl and leads business strategy and development.
He previously served as Director of Cybersecurity Strategy at the National Security Staff in the White House.
Previously at the National Security Agency, Ely was an innovator and technical director for several database
projects, handling some of the world's largest. He has a MBA from Wharton Business School and a BA from
Harvard University.
