BIO

MIKE WILKERSON has a proven track record of building high-performance teams with over twenty years of Federal and IT experience. He has been a major driver of the transition toward digital workspaces within the federal government. Mike has been an influencer in bringing cloud solutions into the mainstream by having the U.S. Census Bureau’s AirWatch® deployment included in FedRAMP architecture and is progressing toward a NIAP Common Criteria validation of AirWatch. In 2016, Mike won the FedScoop50 for industry leadership and insight.

Prior to Mike’s current role he helped build the Federal Systems Engineering organization at vmware and grew the team to take on SLED and Public Sector. Mike has demonstrated remarkable leadership by growing from five SEs with $6M of revenue to 88 SEs with revenue over $500M in just nine years. Prior to joining vmware Wilkerson held various IT leadership roles in the telecommunications and federal industries, both in the US and the Middle East.

He is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s degree in electricial engineering. In addition, he is enrolled in graduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

ROB ANDERSON is an expert in creating enterprise mobile communications strategies and solutions which assist the Department of Defense, Federal, State, Local, and Tribal agencies in assessing, communicating, and implementing their vision of enabling a fully functional mobile workforce in all warfighting and business domains.

Currently he is focused on creating a “Mobility as a Service” offering which spans the entire mobile space, to include classified capability packages which can be easily implemented within garrison and tactical enclaves. These solutions include multiple technology partners which provide Device as a Service, Unified Endpoint Management, Managed Mobility services (which include telephone expense management and inventory, single bill pay) and Collaboration Services (which include data obfuscation, unified capabilities, and data compression) all focusing on ease of implementation and integrated with help desk services as well as other cloud based solutions.

Working for Headquarters Marine Corps, Command, Control Communications, and Computers (C4) he was the lead author of the Marine Corps Information Enterprise strategy, the Marine Corps Private Cloud Computing Strategy, Bring Your Own Device Mobility Concept, the Marine Corps Commercial Mobile Device Strategy, Bring Your Own Device User Agreement, and the Corporately Owned Personally Enabled User Agreement. He was focused on reducing mobility TCO by enabling personally owned devices. In order to enable a mobile work force, at a reduced cost to the government, he leveraged industry based cloud mobility technologies to solve legal and security issues, and maintain the privacy rights of individuals. He created mobile security and services key performance indicators which were provided to industry, and government/department contracting agencies and an interim solution to issue derived PKI credentials to commercial mobile devices while leveraging the billion dollar PKI infrastructure and industry cloud mobility provisioning tools.

Mr. Anderson is a 2015 Federal 100 Award winner and retired from the Marine Corps as a Communications Officer in 2009 after serving over 25 years to include 5 combat tours: Operation Desert Storm Desert Shield – Kuwait, Operation Restore Hope – Somalia, Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan, Operation Iraqi Freedom I and III – Iraq. His entire government service has spanned over 32 years.

Since 1985, RICK WALSH has dedicated more than 31 years of government service in the field of Information Technology. He began by introducing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) into the Defense Fuel Supply Center (DFSC), representing the DoD to the Petroleum and Airline Industry. Following his time at DFSC he was the Senior Information Manager for a multi-national firm responsible for the build of the Information Technology School House. He was the Information Assurance Program Manager for the Army Materiel Command (AMC) for 10 years where he was responsible for over 500 Systems, Applications and Circuits.

While at AMC, John received a Baccalaureate Gold Medal for excellence in Information Technology from Computer World for the Secure Bluetooth CAC Sled. His certifications include: CISSP, ITIL Foundation, Capability Maturity Model Level 3 Program Manager and Federal Information Technology System Professional Manager.










Greg F. Youst

BIO

GREG YOUST is the Chief Mobility Engineer whom provides operational, design, implementation, troubleshooting and strategic engineering guidance and support on Mobility Division/DISA mobility efforts. As part of Mobility, Greg is responsible for technical assistance/oversight on current operational and future mobility deployments for Unclassified, Secret and Top Secret mobility systems. He is also responsible for developing the strategic mobility technical vision/roadmap which is assisted by working with Industry, DoD CIO, NSA and DoD Components to identifying mobility technological advancements for possible future Mobility Service capabilities.

Finally, he also works at the Federal Agency Level providing DoD technical and policy input among the various Federal mobility working groups. Previously, Greg was a senior engineer and mobility lead at DISA Chief Technology Officer for several years and previously at the former Network Services Voice Division for over 10 years as a contract or responsible for mobility among other things. Greg is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and holds a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University. His military experience includes a combined 16+ years in the Army as an Enlisted Soldier and subsequently as an Armor and R&D Officer.












Lawrence Taylor

As head of the Mobility Center of Excellence for AT&T Public Sector Solutions, LAWRENCE TAYLOR is focused on providing state of the art mobility solutions to Federal agencies that address mission critical operations. He is often called on to consult with experts throughout the government on strategy, security and migration concerns to comply with mission critical operations and federal mandates.

Taylor has been at the forefront of designing and deploying Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to support asset and vehicle tracking, logistics, connected warfighter and healthcare applications for both defense and civilian agencies. In addition, he has been instrumental in developing leading strategies to improve network coverage on military bases and at other federal facilities to support deployment of these AT&T mobility solutions.

As an industry expert on mobility applications security, Taylor has been a trusted advisor within the federal community, where he has worked on certified highly secure mobility applications and devices.

In addition to his public-sector experience, Taylor’s professional history spans many facets of the telecommunicationsindustry including a vast array of operational and executive positions, focused on sales to both consumer and business clients, retail sales operations as well as finance and accounting.

Beyond his responsibilities at AT&T, Taylor also served on the Greater Maryland Better Business Bureau (BBB) in a number of roles including Treasurer and Chairman of the Board. He remains on the executive board of the local BBB as past chairman.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Saint Vincent College and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.
